1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Miranda website at askmiranda.io and the brand intelligence reports ("Reports") delivered by Miranda ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Miranda is operated by Loïc Blanchard, micro-entrepreneur, registered under SIRET 512 251 687 00046, located in Aix-en-Provence, France.

2. What we deliver

Miranda provides brand intelligence reports based on publicly available information: reviews, ratings, social media profiles, and expert publications. Reports include analysis, benchmarks, and recommendations.

Reports are delivered digitally as HTML presentations or PDF documents to the email address you provide at the time of order.

3. Nature of the reports

Reports are informational and analytical in nature. They are not professional advice (legal, financial, marketing, or otherwise). You are solely responsible for any business decisions you make based on a Report.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but publicly available data changes frequently. We do not guarantee that all information in a Report is complete or current at the time you read it.

4. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through the form on our website. After submitting the form, you will receive a payment link via email. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required. Work begins once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery timeline

Most reports are delivered within a few business days of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the number of platforms and data points relevant to your brand. We will notify you if we expect a delay.

6. Revisions and satisfaction

If a delivered Report does not cover the sections described on our website, we will revise it at no additional cost. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. This does not apply to disagreements with the analysis or conclusions, which are inherently subjective.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection rules (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.

During the order process, you are asked to expressly consent to the immediate start of report production and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital service has been fully performed. If you gave that consent and the report has been delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

If you did not give that consent, or if production has not yet begun, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at hello@askmiranda.io within 14 days of purchase.

8. Intellectual property

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your Report internally for your own business purposes. You may share the Report within your organization.

You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish the Report (or substantial portions of it) without our written permission. The analysis methodology, templates, and tools remain our intellectual property.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim related to a Report is limited to the amount you paid for that Report. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a Report.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
